"Celebrity Hall-of-Famer Shaquille O’Neal’s fast-casual chicken franchise, founded in 2018, serves a blend of chicken dishes and comfort-food mashups inspired by his childhood favorites and current trends. The menu highlights crispy chicken sandwiches and tenders, Cheez-It–crusted mac and cheese, and shakes, with signature items like the “Shaq Attack” sandwich topped with pepper jack cheese, jalapeño coleslaw, and spicy chipotle barbecue sauce; the mac-and-cheese–loaded “Charles Barkley” finished with crispy fried onions and roasted garlic aioli; and “Dirty” fries smothered in cheese, bacon, banana peppers, and chipotle barbecue sauce. The brand is poised to expand into Texas with more than 50 planned locations across Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, and Houston, partnering with Fazil and Frank Malik and Noordin Jhaver to support growth.
