Krimsey’s Vegan Cajun Restaurant Expands to Silver Lake Strip Mall - Eater LA
"Krimsey’s Cajun Kitchen first opened in 2017, with a completely vegan Cajun menu that includes hushpuppies, gumbo, jambalaya, and etoufée without a single drop of animal products. Owner and former petroleum engineer Krimsey Ramsey will expand to Silver Lake in a former Subway shop, according to Eastsider. Krimsey’s will land in a unique section of Silver Lake, where few sit down restaurants exist on a very busy strip of Glendale Boulevard near Fletcher Drive.
