"Founded in 2015 in New York City, Pokéworks has rapidly expanded nationwide and is opening its third regional location at Watertown’s Arsenal Yards in 2019, adding to its existing Somerville (Davis Square) and Cambridge (Harvard Square) spots (opened late 2016 and early 2018). The chain focuses on Hawaiian poke dishes with raw seafood options like tuna and salmon and cooked options such as chicken, shrimp, scallops, and tofu; diners can order rice bowls, salad bowls, or have their poke wrapped as sushi burritos, and customize meals with vegetables, toppings, and dressings.
