"A seasonal pop-up that transports you out of Seattle's clouds into a Wes Anderson–esque 1970s dusty desert roadside motel, Mystic Motel is a desert-themed bar installed inside the Woods on Capitol Hill. I found the interior design — created by owners Joey Burgess and Murf Hall — to be the real draw, with faux cacti, campfires, critters that call the sand home, an indoor campfire-esque seating area, and something called the Starlight Lounge; there will also be desert-themed cocktails. It's open Wednesdays through Sundays from 5 p.m. until late and is located at 1512 11th Avenue on Capitol Hill through the summer." - Harry Cheadle
