"What started as the Sandez family’s lone truck in 1998 has grown into two rigs and four brick-and-mortar shops, all serving Sonoran dogs with a touch of Sinaloa. The $5.50 base version stays traditional; the Sinaloa stacks on nacho cheese and crushed Ruffles. The Chile Queso wraps an Anaheim pepper in mozzarella and tucks the dog inside before the whole thing hits a jumbo bun.
