"At Denver Central Market, Tammen’s Fish Market—originally introduced as Silva’s—was renamed earlier this year when executive chef Jesus Silva left to open Misaki Sushi at Stanley Marketplace; customers may have already noticed updates to the seafood case and menu that now serve a range of dishes like poke, ceviche, and shrimp po’ boy sandwiches. Under Andrea Frizzi’s recent takeover the counter was rebuilt and signage added to distinguish the new raw bar, and the market’s fish counter now features daily-changing items such as Sakura-Togarashi calamari, Baja shrimp tacos, fish and chips, and mahi‑mahi coconut milk ceviche, along with rotating specials and $1 oysters on Tuesdays." - Rebecca Treon
