"Margarita bar Guac y Margys is the new bar in town at SPX Alley on the Eastside Beltline trail and its menu is loaded with nothing but margaritas—nine of them, to be exact. GyM serves brunch on the weekends that, of course, includes avocado toast. It’s affectionally referred to as “Millennial Toast.” Mashed avocado is smeared on half a toasted H&F Bread baguette, drizzled with olive oil, topped with pickled onions and a sliced hardboiled egg, and sprinkled with sea salt.
