"The most beautiful thing about barbecue is whether you are eating it at a five-star restaurant in a major city or a hole-in-the-wall in the middle of nowhere, there’s always the potential for the meat to be life-changingly good. Co-owner Travis Thosath took his love for brewing beer and smoking meat and proved that exact point. There’s not much in South Spokane Valley, but fork-tender brisket and stacked tri-tip sandwiches covered in chimichurri have not disuaded anyone from spending gas money to get to TT’s." - Kris Kilduff
