"Strip malls are the quiet engine of American innovation, so it’s no surprise that this Filipino brunch joint with a beautiful view of the Southcenter Parkway is doing some high-level stuff. We’re talking about longganisa smashburgers, wings with churros, chicken katsu longganisa, banana bread French toast... the list goes on. Even the hash is a scientific miracle — the potatoes and lechon (pork) are exceptionally crispy and the sawsawn (soy sauce with garlic and onions) is a perfect umami companion to the meat and potatoes.
