Planet 13 Marijuana Dispensary, the 112,000-square-foot marijuana dispensary, debuts a new restaurant in the complex serving Mexican fare, pizza, and cocktails. Trece Eatery + Spirits features dishes from Manny Sanchez that include a burrito, three street tacos, and an enchilada platter, all stuffed with a choice of braised beef, pork, or chicken. Tamales and a pan-seared rib-eye steak with red rice and fried beans round out the Mexican dishes. Diners can order a 10-inch pizza topped with barbecue chicken, sausage and mushroom, classic white with ricotta and arugula, Margherita, or a Keto-friendly version with a cauliflower crust and veggies. The menu also features a roster of burgers, chicken sandwiches, breakfast dishes such as huevos rancheros and avocado toast, and smoothies.
