San Kai Sushi Restaurant Opens in Edmonds | Eater Seattle

"A new omakase spot on 4th Avenue North in Edmonds, San Kai — featuring renowned chef Ryuichi Nakano — opened this week with an extensive menu of nigiri, rolls, tempura dishes and three omakase experiences priced from $42 to $53 per person. The cozy, relaxed space seats around 30 and features natural wood accents; co-owner Shubert Ho says "It’ll be good for date night, but families are welcome too." After selling Kisaku last October, Nakano eyed Edmonds for his next project and partnered with Ho (whom he met through Nancy Leson) and Andrew Leckie, who have operated other well-received restaurants in the area." - Gabe Guarente
