"Main St. Provisions restaurateur Kim Owens says the restaurant, which she dubs polished casual but relaxed, plans to open in mid- to late February. The restaurant with Justin Kingsley Hall as the chef features room for 125 diners with 12 seats on the patio and another 41 at the bar. The food will have a “kiss of smoke” on some dishes. She tells Vegas Magazine that the menu features Idaho Scotch egg with smoked trout and whipped potato and a charcoal-oven baked chicken with lavender, honey, and corn bread stuffing." - Susan Stapleton
