"Main St. Provisions restaurateur Kim Owens says the restaurant, which she dubs polished casual but relaxed, plans to open in mid- to late February. The restaurant with Justin Kingsley Hall as the chef features room for 125 diners with 12 seats on the patio and another 41 at the bar. The food will have a “kiss of smoke” on some dishes.
