"Cuatro Gato is a new all-day cafe and coffee shop opened by Coconut Club at 310 Colorado Street, offering imported Mexican coffee beans, arepas, tapas, and sweets. The cafe is a collaboration between Coconut Club co-owners Brian Almaraz and Cole Evans, certified coffee brewer Sussie Ramirez, and Arepa Dealers co-founders Anissa del Rosario Schiek and Jose Tomas Garcia.
