"Chef Joaquin “Quino” Baca, a Momofuku alum and former owner of Brooklyn Star, is opening a new izakaya-style restaurant called Teo at 321 Starr St., Bushwick-Ridgewood border. The 45-seat restaurant will offer noodle dishes, meat skewers, and composed plates, with a menu that changes frequently due to limited storage.
