"A Lockhart wine-and-book shop and bar has added a Key West–style poke shop operating out of the back of its space, bringing a fuller food offering and plans for events such as hand-roll nights and sake-and-wine-paired dinners. The bar’s owner was inspired by visits to Key West and collaborated with the poke shop founder and local chef Casey Wilcox to operate the kitchen; orders are placed at the wine bar counter and the poke operation is open daily from noon to 10 p.m." - Nadia Chaudhury
