"In Midtown’s Hotel Granada, Pom Court opens August 12 as a Spanish-style garden restaurant under chef Jaime Cubias with an all-day menu featuring breakfast pastries, shareable lunch and dinner bites like grilled peach and burrata, fried green tomatoes, and deviled eggs, plus heartier options such as empanadas, a vegetable wrap, and a smash burger; the restaurant will flow between the indoor lobby space and an outdoor open-air courtyard, and a speakeasy cocktail bar is expected to open at the hotel this fall." - Henna Bakshi
