Chef Jaime Cubias (previously at The Optimist) will oversee an all-day menu of breakfast pastries, shareable bites for lunch and dinner like grilled peach and burrata, fried green tomatoes, and deviled eggs, and heartier options like empanadas, a vegetable wrap, and smash burger.
