Modern Times Coffee and CH Projects Partner Up in the East Village | Eater San Diego

"Part one of CH Projects' reconfigured new hangout is a coffee bar that opens daily at 7 a.m. and pairs Modern Times Coffee with mostly vegan pastries from Split Bakehouse. Decked out with a large-scale Post-it mural (a Modern Times signature), the Ninth Avenue cafe brews everything from single-origin pour-overs to vanilla lattes and horchata slushies; its version of the Boilermaker punches up cold brew with a shot of espresso. Starting Monday the space will begin pouring Modern Times Beer and extend hours to 7 p.m." - Candice Woo
