Pullman Yards Picks First Chef Residency - Eater Atlanta
"Brick and Mortar is set to host Kiyoka Nishikawa of Cheffrey’s Kitchen as part of a paid chef residency program starting August 16. The restaurant will feature a traditional Kaiseki seven-course meal for $80 per person, with two seatings of 20 guests each night. Reservations are required. Beyond this, Brick and Mortar will also have a regular menu led by culinary director Alan Somphonephakdy, featuring Southern-influenced Asian cuisine." - Henna Bakshi
