"An Italian restaurant fit for Ol’ Blue Eyes himself, Sinatra delivers classic Italian cooking with sweeping views of verdant outdoor gardens. Chef Theo Schoenegger has Michelin chops but more to the point, he has cooked for Frank Sinatra himself. Schoenegger opened the restaurant in 2008, and while he left for a couple years, he is now back and helming the kitchen with dishes that he recalls making for Sinatra at San Domenico in New York City. Among them is spaghetti and clams in a tangy tomato and garlic broth and braised veal ossobuco — so tender as to render a knife useless — served atop saffron risotto with buttery Milanese. And the Panzanella di Granchiois is among the best salads on the Strip — a stack of supple jumbo lump crab meat with equal parts brioche croutons, tomatoes, cucumbers, and tomatoes fonduta. —Janna Karel, editor, Eater Southern California/Southwest Must-try dish: The Cappello, dark chocolate mousse in the shape of a fedora with Jack Daniels pana cotta" - Matthew Kang
