"Steak 48 is scheduled to open on October 13 at the Del Mar Highlands Town Center. The restaurant is the ninth from the Mastro family, known for Mastro’s Steakhouse and Steak 44 in Arizona. The 12,500-square-foot venue will seat 350 guests across nine dining rooms.
