"A third new restaurant opened at the Forth Hotel: Il Premio, which is an upscale Italian steakhouse and cocktail lounge. It comes on the heels of the hotel’s other openings — Elektra, a poolside Mediterranean restaurant, and Moonlight, a ‘70s-inspired rooftop cocktail lounge. Chef John Adamson (formerly American Cut and Marcel’s) has created a menu of Italian steakhouse staples, including fresh-made pasta like Bucatini All’Amatriciana with roasted lemon and Bottarga to Rigatoni All’Astice with lobster and lobster roe butter.
