"Construction is underway for the arrival of a London-based Japanese-Brazilian-Peruvian restaurant chain on the expansive rooftop of the La Peer Building next door to a neighboring venue at 639 North La Peer Drive. Slated to open in 2025, the West Hollywood outpost spans 17,500 square feet with a 360-degree view and a retractable roof; the brand debuted in New York in 1999 with a Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian menu, has since expanded to Dubai, Singapore, and Doha, and last had a U.S. location open in 2008 in Las Vegas. Dizon Collective is designing the West Hollywood space with terrazzo flooring, a marble bar, lush plants, and a canopy cover made from recycled materials.
