"Vegan pop-up program Raiz in the Tiny Moreso building only recently opened, and for its first Valentine’s Day in Portland it will offer a vegan and gluten free four-course dinner. Each meals starts with a salad and ends with a vegan cheesecake and single stemmed rose, and includes options on starter courses and entrees: roasted carrot dip or parsnip soup and buckwheat fettucini ragu or creamy polenta.
