322 Pizza Bar Arrives on Fremont Street This Week | Eater Vegas

"I'm currently previewing 322 Pizza Bar with friends and family as it prepares to open to the public by the end of the week; it will serve lunch and dinner under the Fremont Street Experience canopy. First proposed more than four years ago, the original 2015 plan called for a rooftop deck with a DJ and pita sandwiches and bakery goods, but the project was scaled down to a ground-floor counter-service restaurant now promoting a menu of “pizza, sweets, shots.” The spot promises pizza, hot dogs, Bavarian pretzels, cannolis, fresh-baked cookies, beer, cocktails and wine with a special focus on craft beer, and early previews have included fruit-topped dessert pizzas baked in the brick oven." - Bradley Martin
