"Currently previewing with friends and family and announcing it will be open to the public by the end of the week, 322 Pizza Bar will soon be serving lunch and dinner under the Fremont Street Experience canopy. First proposed more than four years ago, the new counter-service restaurant replaces the decade-old Piccadilly Circus Pizza, next to the operators’ own souvenir store and two doors down from White Castle. Original plans in 2015 had called for a rooftop deck to feature a DJ and also serve pita sandwiches and bakery goods. Now promoting a menu of “pizza, sweets, shots,” the scaled-down, ground-floor version is promising “pizza, hot dogs, Bavarian pretzels, cannolis, fresh baked cookies, beer, cocktails and wine,” with a special focus on craft beer.
