The Vegas Golden Knights score a pop-up bar at Red Rock Resort for the Stanley Cup Playoffs | Eater Vegas

"A seasonal, outdoor poolside fan-viewing pop-up at Red Rock Resort that offers prime game viewing, oversized team photo moments and a Fortress-inspired entrance with a Knight helmet and a life-sized Marc-André Fleury cutout. The venue features lounge seating, cabanas with individual TVs, bar-top seating, giant screens, outdoor games (including hockey cornhole) and a live DJ. Food ranges from crispy chicken and angus sliders to salt-and-pepper wings, golden nachos, chipotle pork ribs, a burnt end burrito, foot-long hot dogs, chicken sandwiches and burgers; drinks include party tubs holding up to 24 beers and seltzers and specialty cocktails such as a whiskey-based frosted puck and a vodka-forward signature cocktail.
