Opening Set for Blue Diamond’s Cottonwood Station - Eater Vegas
"The biggest restaurant news of the year for the Blue Diamond neighborhood, Cottonwood Station debuts its “eatery” this weekend, looking to draw eco-tourists, day-tripping locals and also provide a much needed dining hub for its immediate neighbors. Created by Blue Diamond residents Steven Enger and Jody Lyman, the 1,980-square-foot restaurant with bar also features a 1,055-square-foot outdoor patio, pitched as a gathering place for “a pint and pizza.” Already a popular destination for bicyclists and hikers, the restaurant's interior, rustic design includes a history wall documenting the origins of the small town. Located 18 miles from the Strip, the menu includes coffee, teas and “artisan pizzas, paninis, salads, espresso, wine, beer and cider.” Launching Saturday, April 14, future opening hours will be 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily and until 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday." - Bradley Martin
