"I'm noting that the high-rises of Hudson Yards will soon welcome the newest NYC location of the increasingly prolific fast-casual salad chain Sweetgreen, which is set to open on Monday, August 6 at 10 Hudson Yards; to promote the debut they're opening an art installation with NYC-based graffiti artist Fauston Friday.
