"I can do the same at the One Paseo location in Del Mar, where the design draws on the Del Mar Turf Club’s 1930s Hollywood Regency period and the Del Mar Skate Ranch to marry skater vibes with Hollywood artifacts. The same seasonally rotating menu highlights bruschetta and charcuterie boards (including the bacon, arugula, and tomato board; warm artichoke spread; and mushroom and marscarpone bruschettas), along with soups, salads, sandwiches, desserts, and vegetable or chef’s-choice charcuterie and “table cheese.” The nationwide wine program curated by advanced sommelier Brent Karlicek offers exclusive in-house labels and winemaker collaborations, roughly 30 verticals by the glass, plus local beers on tap and a short list of classic cocktails. Local vintage pickers GoGo Modern, Mid Century Store, and Klassik also contributed to the One Paseo design.
