"Tavern on the Park is a Downtown Chicago restaurant that overlooks Millennium Park. It was targeted after switching to Reserve in June 2017. The restaurant was previously using OpenTable since its opening in 2007. Co-owner Peter de Castro expressed frustration over the undermining tactics that affected their business, particularly with the series of no-show reservations that began in December and increased over time.
