Coal-Fired Pizzeria Tony C’s Opens New Beer Garden in Round Rock | Eater Austin

"Planned for the North Shoal Creek area at 2900 West Anderson Lane and slated to open later this fall, this forthcoming Tony C’s location is expected to serve a menu similar to the original: coal-fired pizzas (margherita, chicken parmesan, prosciutto and goat cheese), meatballs, pastas, salads, and gelato from Dolce Bacio, along with roughly 20 beers on draft and a few wines on tap. The new locations will adopt a “red-sauce Italian vibe” with communal seating and leather booths and will offer family-style, shareable dishes as part of the TC4 & Co. venture from Tony Ciola and Creed Ford IV." - Erin Russell
