"Project 9 Brewing, the Maple Leaf brewery that focuses on an ever-changing lineup of eclectic pale ales, is now open in the mornings in the form of Full Tank Coffee. According to the Instagram announcement, this coffee shop will be open 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday to Sunday, with plans to expand to seven days a week starting in 2024. There is coffee (obviously) as well as pastries from well-regarded bakery Zylberschtein’s and breakfast sandwiches from the Sammich food truck. It’s a welcome addition to a neighborhood that is long on coffee drive-thrus but a bit short on great sit-down breakfast options.
