"Restaurateur Matty O’Reilly and chef JD Fratzke have restaurants operating all over the Twin Cities. Spring Cafe is the optimistically named restaurant that opened the same weekend an historic blizzard struck the Twin Cities. It’s located in the Como Lakeside Pavillion with year-round facilities and seating that overlooks the still-freezing cold water. The restaurant serves a menu that’s a mix of portable sandwiches and salads with sit down options like nachos, brisket or walleye dinners and a selection of desserts.
