"The combination of Duality’s small batch, sessionable beers that change weekly and Astral’s impressive exploration of Mexican cuisine is hard to beat. The beers change weekly and range, recent brews include an English table beer brewed with apricot pits , a toasted fig leaf saison, and a winter ale brewed with cold-steeped roasted grains and green walnut preserves. Astral’s menu varies as much as the beer but is always beautifully presented. Recent offerings include dry-aged kanpachi with carrot and habanero aguachile, snap pea esquites, and grilled carrot tostadas.
