"I learned Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants is moving into Rockville’s Research Row development, where its Rockville winery will occupy a sprawling 12,392 square feet. If it’s anything like the outpost in Reston, I expect it to combine a tasting room, restaurant, and retail market under one roof; the chain serves its own wines and menu items such as gnocchi Bolognese with braised short ribs and Nashville-style hot chicken accompanied by mac and cheese.
