It’s a perfect transition that ties together Mexico’s most famous drink (margaritas) to its most celebrated holiday plant (poinsettias). Cocktails brim with tequila and festive cheer, from the Son of a Nutcracker with blanco tequila, “fluffy pineapple,” cinnamon, and pomegranate, to the Jingle Juice, a large-format cocktail that mingles classic margarita with Mexican street punch.
