"Executive chef and master pasta maker Luigi Iannuario opened an Italian chophouse inside the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club in Miami Beach. The restaurant offers pizzas from its wood-fired oven, along with steaks and oversized chicken parm, but the highlight is the fresh pastas made in a dedicated workshop by Elena Montanari, a master sfoglina (master pasta artisan).
