"Opened last week at 285 Hanover St., I report that Casarecce Ristorante is serving plates of house-made pasta with an emphasis on lesser-known shapes like the titular casarecce. The menu features dishes such as pappardelle bolognese, bucatini vongole, and casarecce with lamb ragu, and diners can also snack on calamari, meatballs, and bruschetta. The restaurant holds a beer, wine, and cordials license, occupies the space formerly home to a Pinkberry franchise, and is a sibling to Pellino's Ristorante as the Pellinos' second North End venture. Casarecce is open 11 a.m.–11 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 11 a.m.–midnight Friday through Sunday." - Terrence Doyle
