"Local pastry whiz and LGBTQ Chicagoan Bo Durham, the executive pastry chef at James Beard Award-winning chef Mindy Segal’s lauded carb spot Mindy’s Bakery, is celebrating Pride Month with packages of rainbow pinwheel cookies and “papi chow” throughout June in the lobby of L7, a new downtown hotel from Korean corporate behemoth Lotte Group.
