"Opened in Round Rock this summer at 1904 Town Centre Drive, Suite 150, this casual Brazilian eatery specializes in Brazilian pizza — pies whose crusts are filled with requeijão (a soft Brazilian cheese similar to cream cheese) and are loaded with toppings and typically eaten with a fork and knife. Signature pies include quatro queijos, Portuguesa (Calabrian sausage, ham, onions, bell peppers, olives, eggs, tomato sauce, mozzarella, and tomatoes), and frango com catupiry (pulled chicken, cream cheese, oregano, and tomato sauce). The menu also features traditional Brazilian dishes such as feijoada, picanha, escondidinho, coxinhas, and dadinhos de tapioca, plus desserts like brigadeiros, bolo de cenoura with chocolate, and pudim. Founded by owner-chef Bee Torres in South Carolina in October 2021 and relocated to the Austin area in February 2022, the operation began as a pickup-and-delivery service from a North Loop ghost kitchen before opening the physical location with manager and co-owner Marcelo Drumm; hours are currently limited (10 a.m.–8 p.m.) with takeout, delivery (in-house and via DoorDash), and indoor dine-in available." - Nadia Chaudhury
