"Right next door, but yet to be confirmed, real estate broker Newmark has earmarked the vacant property to be occupied by newcomer Argana Café, serving a menu of Mediterranean bites. The café replaces a casual Mexican menu from Me Gusta Tacos, which expanded from The District at Green Valley Ranch back in 2017, but shuttered earlier this year.
