I read that Andy — a former guitarist for 1990s Dallas alt-rock band Buck Pets and a home brewer with a penchant for German lagers and bratwurst — helped design the concept, which will feature 28 taps pouring lagers, maibocks, helles lagers, altbier, bocks and double bocks, along with German-themed eats; the spot is expected to open in mid-November." - Alaena Hostetter
