"Named after Albert Einstein, the godfather to owner Tia Landau’s dad, this proudly woman-owned restaurant in Inman Park offers a cozy place to eat and drink. Sit at the bar and stare at the carved lions looking on from the distressed brick walls, guardians of the building’s spirits (including those lining the bar shelves in bottles). You can’t miss the Albert Burger topped with pimento cheese, bacon, and pickled onions or the fried chicken sandwich upgraded with hot sauce and bleu cheese crumbles.
