"At Dreamburger, smashburgers are serious business, as evidenced by the short menu of burgers executed to perfection. The original Dreamburger is a lacey-edged stack of two patties with thin-sliced onions smashed into them on the griddle (“so thin they almost melt”), topped with American cheese, pickles, and a healthy dose of mayo-based Dreamsauce. Fans can find these dreamy burgers served out of a trailer parked outside of Vinyl Tap, East Nashville’s taproom and record shop, Thursday through Sundays (double-check hours here).
