"I'm excited that the glitzy seafood restaurant celebrities flock to, Catch, will make its grand return to Miami Beach on May 10; the New York-based spot, which was previously on Miami Beach over a decade ago, has reopened under new management (partners Tilman J. Fertitta, Mark Birnbaum, and Eugene Remm of Catch Hospitality Group) in a much larger, more opulent 23,000-square-foot venue with indoor dining and an open-air rooftop terrace. Designed by Rockwell Group, the space nods to the neighborhood’s 1920s ‘playground’ era with Mediterranean Art Deco influences—antique mirrors, marble, contrasting woods, dramatic lighting—and a conservatory-like ambiance. The menu highlights signature items including the Catch roll, truffle sashimi, mushroom spaghetti, Cantonese lobster, and the Wagyu Hot Rock where A5 Kobe beef is prepared tableside, plus nigiri, sashimi, and cold dishes like crudos and ceviches with fish delivered directly from Japan’s Toyosu Market. Catch Miami Beach joins the brand’s growing national presence (New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Aspen) and will be open daily from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. starting May 10." - Olee Fowler
