Encore Debuts a New 24-Hour Dining Option - Eater Vegas
"Encore Las Vegas introduces its 24-hour casual restaurant Goodies on Demand, taking over the former swimsuit shop near the Encore self-parking garages. The restaurant offers both dine-in and take-out fare that spans breakfast, lunch, and dinner items, as well as handcrafted coffee drinks and more. Fresh salads, tartines, pizza slices, desserts, coffee, tea, and juices make the menu that also includes packaged sweets and chocolates. Some favorites so far include a tabbouleh salad with pomegranate seeds and a sour cream coffee cake. Visitors at the resort are encouraged to take dishes to the pool or on their flight home." - Susan Stapleton
