"Opened in February 2023 by chef Mònica Angelats as part of the Factory Place Hospitality Group, Flor y Solera closed on January 13 and plans to reopen in 2025 after doing well on weekdays but struggling on weekends; the restaurant occupied a gorgeous warehouse space lined with colorful tiles and was part of a wave of Spanish places washing over the city, and the piece was later updated with information about its eventual reopening." - Matthew Kang
