"The upscale French spot is cooking up a 4-course, prix-fixe menu for $100 per person, served from 5 to 9 p.m. The meal begins with complimentary bubbles and an amuse bouche before options of chestnut soup with apple-fennel compote and bacon; Hudson Valley foie gras torchon with Sauternes sabayon, persimmon, pistachio granola, and brioche; Rohan duck calvados with apple, confit leg pressé, olive-almond texture and potatoes mille-feuille; and chanterelle mushroom risotto with carnaroli rice, chanterelle mushrooms, toasted hazelnuts, and comté fondue. For a sweet ending, guests will have a choice of multiple desserts from a tarte au citron vert with key lime and chantilly cream to a cheese plate with honeycomb, candied nuts, preserves, and baguette.
