In fact, tea service in this grand ballroom is so popular that the hotel can’t seem to get dinner service back on its agenda. Afternoon tea starts with a glass of bubbly (or a non-alcoholic sparkling rosé), followed by trays of truffled egg salad sandwiches, roasted pork loin, golden raisin scones, and a sakura cherry blossom cheesecake tart. Bites come in three courses, each paired with a new tea.
