"A slice concept from chef Wylie Dufresne and Breads Bakery owner Gadi Peleg is turning its pop-up into a permanent offering. The slice shop debuted in early December 2024 alongside the pizza restaurant at 331 Park Avenue South (at East 24th Street); the menu includes standard slices as well as fancy ones.
