"Bar director Nicky Beyries at Laszlo has created a cinematic cocktail menu inspired by the women of Hitchcock films; highlights include Rebecca, named for the 1940 motion picture, made with Partido Blanco tequila, cucumber, rosemary, bay laurel, demerara, and spent lemon husk from its next-door sister restaurant, Foreign Cinema. Beyries is even using the restaurant’s avocado pits to make her own orgeat, and some cocktails are available for $7 during happy hour, 4 to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday." - Caleb Pershan
